Anger

I find that I've been more and more angry this year. Today I had to ask myself the question, Is my anger going to create or destroy? You see, anger always stems from something being wrong, something that bothers you. And for me, I have a hot temper which often can flare up. So am I going to use my anger to create or destroy? and is my anger rightfully released or is it a side effect of something else, another larger frustration in my life?

Aaron said I was burnt out and I think that was the most refreshing thing I've heard all day. For someone to put into words everything that I was feeling. I have no idea how I got here. I feel disconnected. Like I'm a ghost floating through the room. I can see everyone and everything is still the same. Everything except for me..

Which raises a question, Can I never burn out by taking on less or is it a cycle of life? Do we need to die to be reborn again and again in a cycle of reincarnation? Do I need to burn out so that I may start again?

Why am I angry?
because my anger will lead somewhere.

Jesus' anger leads to an act of healing and restoration. It increases the peace of the world.

What does my anger lead to?
