I went to a tea and conversation thing with my prof that was put on by the school and someone asked him what would be his advice for new students.
He said:
'Don't leave your spouse behind' and 'your work is not your life'
Finally he quoted another one of his colleagues who said, 'for some of you to get an A in this class would be a sin'.
Success can be dangerous, can't it?
